Moscow, the county seat, has a population of 23,200. The populations of the other incorporated cities are: Genesee, 890; Troy, 760; Potlatch, 740; Juliettea, 580; Deary, 540; Kendrick, 350; Bovill, 290; and Onaway, 210.
